A Story Book Finish

CRAY volunteers helped to create a book that tells the complete story of the Crayford area during the English Civil War.

To complete our Vindication of Christmas project, CRAY have produced a storybook that covers the fascinating events that involved our town during the English Civil War period.

Hard copies of the book have been given to our partners, Bexley Local Studies and Archives, and Crayford Library. Due to the large amount of content linked to events in Dartford copies have also been given to Dartford Library. CRAY volunteers helped create content under the guidance of local historian Peter Daniel. We hope you enjoy reading our book as much as we enjoyed creating it.
