Cornwall: Scilly Isles. 'A Map of the Islands of Scilly. Shewing all the Rocks And Ledges, with the Soundings & Barings, And y e Exact Places where The Association Eagle Rumny, & Tierbrand was Lost. (1707) National Archives Diver Roland Morris claimed that he used this map of the Scilly Isles held by the National Archives to help him locate the wreck.

I am afraid EnlisH Heritage made up a ficticious story about a big salvage team coming to work the Associarion and got an ‘Emergency Protection Order ‘ based on lies as it was us who were just going to search for the stern of the ship . It is now totally unprotected as we are no longer watchin over it so all sorts of groups go out to the wreck . Fortunately we had worked it for at least 25 years so there is not too much to find . I would be interested in any comments anyone has about these actions , Thanks Terry
